Lindsey is a pole dance, yoga and meditation instructor. Her work ethic has primarily developed in the field of human services. Having worked with individuals diagnosed with severe persistent mental illness, behavioral needs, and developmental disabilities.
As she continues to complete formal education, she received her 200 hour Hatha Yoga certification under Jennifer Mason. She’s a Reiki practitioner attuned by Leela Ugargol, certified in Pole-ates: Vertical dance Science and Vertical Yoga under Dr. Misty Austin, and trained in Restorative Yoga under Graciela Mercedes at Das Atemhaus.
Lindsey walks with a trauma informed skill base and is approaching certification to bring Yoga to incarcerated women here in Minnesota. Curious of her teachings? Lindsey brings her trainings to corporate settings, private homes, and studio instruction.
